Who should take this qualification?
This qualification is aimed at anyone who may find themselves faced with conflict or aggressive situations as a result of their work. It is designed to raise awareness of workplace conflict issues and equip learners with the skills needed to manage conflict
or potentially avoid it in the workplace.

Yes, this helps to show learners how to handle typical everyday situations that they
may find themselves in.

Can you apply this course to different job roles?
Yes, we have coached people from all types of backgrounds from reception staff to area managers.

Assessment: Multiple choice examination.
