How often does Advanced Industry Training run training courses?
We deliver training courses every week for individuals all over London and the home counties (Nationally with our affiliation).(Nationally for corporate clients)

What happens after I have completed a Security training course?
You will be notified by us and will receive your certificate in the post within 10 working days.Upon successful completion of your training course and passing both examinations, you are required to apply for a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA).or Local Authority. You can obtain a SIA Licence Application form (Front Line Operative) by calling the SIA on 0844 892 1025 or alternatively ask us we carry spares. When you receive your licence you can work in security anywhere in England and Wales.

Can Advanced Industry Training help me find work after completing my training?
Basically yes. We refer successful delegates to a network of companies who employ security and bar staff in London and the surrounding counties. We also have a very experienced recruitment company that you can have free access to. Check out SIAUK. Also see our “Support Page”

What happens if I fail the exam?
Advanced Industry Training has one of the highest pass rates for courses across the UK. However, if you do fail an exam we can provide you a one to one revision training session before retaking your exam.

English is not my first language
We have many years experience delivering training to delegates with English as an additional language and our training methods reflect this.Advanced Industry Training also offers English lessons if you require them.

I have special assessment requirements. Can you assist me?
Yes. Delegates with special needs (e.g. dyslexia) and relevant proof may have their examination paper read to them. The reader is not permitted to explain or translate questions. If you would like to arrange for a reader please ensure that you provide Advanced Industry Training with relevant proof before attending your course and sufficient time to make the arrangements

Will I need to complete any pre course work?
Yes if advised, pre course work needs to be completed for the purposes of the Advanced Industry Training courses.

What is the dress code on your courses?
Smart casual dress is appropriate for most of our courses although more comfortable and unrestrictive clothing is appropriate for Physical Interventions training.
