Will I receive any support material to take away from my course?
Yes. We provide delegates with the appropriate handbooks.

What background and training do Advanced Industry training, trainers have?
AIT only employs trainers who have a strong background and experience in managing conflict and are excellent facilitators. They come from a range of sectors including security, police, healthcare and social care. AIT supports a continual professional development programme and provides regular comprehensive internal training sessions. All our trainers are registered with the IFL, Institute For Learning.

Why do you recommend a maximum of 12 delegates on each course?
We have found that this group size allows delegates to gain the maximum benefit from their course as there’s opportunity to afford each delegate individual attention yet have a good size group to facilitate debate and progress.

Are AIT programmes accredited?
Yes.(Unless informed otherwise) AIT courses are accredited through the following nationally recognised awarding bodies: NFPS, Edexcel, EDI, BIIAB and NCFE, National Open College Network (NOCN)

Do I receive any sort of certificate to show I have attended the course?
Yes. All delegates attending our nationally accredited courses receive certificates from the respective awarding body. We also can produce if required an attendance certificate

What sort of feedback can we expect following a course?
It is standard practice of all AIT trainers to ask all delegates to complete a feedback sheet at the close of their course.The comments made by delegates are collated and provided in a report to the client. The report will also include feedback from the trainer on issues that have been raised by delegates during the course. If appropriate, AIT will make recommendations to address the issues. We openly invite all delegates to discuss any queries with the trainers on the day as well. All feedback sheets are kept and are made available should anyone want to see them

What insurance cover does AIT have?
AIT has extensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover. Copies are available upon request
